I had a project to try and create a PR campaign for the Orphanage Service Support Organization. My group was asked to help with a existing idea they had known as October for Orphans. I was tasked with the design of a brochure that would be handed out as part of a fundraiser that described OSSO’s to help children with less than adequate care.
I formulated the message and created the logo and layout of the brochure. After many critiques and suggestions from my group mates I came up with this final design. The idea was to create something that would hopefully remind people that it doesn’t take much effort on their part to begin helping those who are truly in need.
Message: Inform my audience about thee need many children have have of support and of OSSO’s desire to help them.
Audience: Anybody that is willing to extend a charitable hand.
Top Thing Learned: I learned how to wrap text around an image in InDesign and discovered the benefits of Paragraph styling.
